As we approach the end of 2022 we thought it fitting to reflect on the year it’s been at Aim Higher Training. We’ve had a number of successful learners who have excelled in their studies and achieved their qualifications. We’ve also received great feedback from our awarding body, NCFE, and have had an incredibly successful annual monitoring visit from our supportive external verifier Jane Barrett, who confirmed the high quality of provision we offer at Aim Higher Training and Development.
It’s wonderful to see the impact of our efforts to support the development of the next generation of professionals in the field of lift engineering. We’re proud to have contributed to the training of a cohort of assessors and internal quality assurers for the new End Point Assessment Organization, LEIA. It’s particularly gratifying to see these professionals begin to deliver their first assessments for apprentice lift engineers and no doubt they will achieve great things in the coming year.
At Aim Higher Training, it’s our mission to provide learners with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their careers. Partnering with organisations like LEIA allows us to make a real difference in the professional development of individuals in a specific industry. We’re looking forward to seeing the positive impact that these newly trained assessors and internal quality assurers will have on the field of lift engineering and many other professions in the coming years.
One of the highlights of the year has been our commitment to sustainability. We’ve partnered with the International Tree Foundation to plant trees for every qualification we have registered students for in 2022. These trees will help to offset the carbon emissions and are expected to save 180 kilograms of carbon dioxide each year. You can read more about our green initiatives in our blog post on What are your Green Credentials?
It’s certainly rewarding to see the positive impact that our blog has had on our readers and the success of our career coaching clients. Sharing valuable resources and insights through our blog is an important way for us to support learners in their professional development and help them succeed in their careers. We’re committed to continuing to provide valuable support to learners and helping even more people achieve their career goals in the coming year.
We’re particularly proud of the work we’ve done with our career coaching clients, helping them to secure new jobs and opportunities in 2023. This is a testament to the dedication and expertise of Jane Hyde-Walsh and her coaching skills and the positive impact they have on the lives of our clients. We look forward to continuing to support our clients and helping even more people achieve their career goals in the coming year.
Overall, it’s been a successful and fulfilling year for Aim Higher Training. We’re looking forward to continuing to support our learners and career-coaching clients and making a positive impact in 2023.
